1. About Us

Saen Suk is a family law practice registered and operating in Thailand, with offices at 19 Beach Road, Bang Lamung, Chonburi 20150. We provide legal advice, document preparation, and representation services in relation to family matters under Thai law.

References to "we", "us", "our", or "Saen Suk" in these terms all refer to this practice. References to "you" or "the client" refer to the individual or individuals engaging our services or using this website.

2. Use of This Website

This website is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice. The information here is intended to give you a broad sense of the services we offer and how we work — it is not a substitute for a professional consultation about your specific circumstances.

3. Our Services

We currently offer three core services for family matters:

Family Orientation Meeting (฿4,300)

A structured introductory meeting to help you understand your situation and options. This service concludes with a brief written summary. It does not create an ongoing client relationship unless you proceed to a further engagement.

Agreement Preparation & Review (฿9,000)

Drafting and review of family agreements, including parenting plans and financial terms. The scope of this service will be agreed in writing before work begins. Additional complexity beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Complete Family Case Support (฿18,000)

Full support for matters involving formal proceedings, including preparation, filing, and representation where required. The quoted fee covers the standard scope of a matter as described at the time of engagement. Matters of exceptional length or complexity may be subject to a revised fee, which we will discuss with you in advance.

Fees are stated in Thai Baht and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Fees are due as set out in your individual engagement agreement.

4. Engagement and Client Relationship

A formal client relationship is established only when you have received and signed a written engagement letter from us, and we have confirmed acceptance of your instruction. Submitting an enquiry through this website or attending an initial meeting does not, by itself, create a client relationship or any obligation on either party.

We reserve the right to decline instructions where there is a conflict of interest, where we do not have the appropriate expertise, or where we consider it otherwise appropriate to do so. We will let you know promptly if we are unable to assist.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared with us in the course of a client relationship as strictly confidential. We will not disclose information about your matter to third parties without your consent, except where we are required to do so by law, court order, or our professional obligations.

Please note that information submitted through our website contact form, while handled with care, is not transmitted via a fully encrypted channel. We recommend that you avoid sharing highly sensitive personal details in the initial contact form and instead wait until a secure channel has been established.

6. Limitation of Liability

We take our professional responsibilities seriously and work carefully on every matter we accept. However, legal outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including court decisions, the conduct of other parties, and changes in applicable law.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability in connection with any service is limited to the fee paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost income, or consequential damages arising from our advice or the outcome of legal proceedings.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.
